Tax Updates: Extension Of The Deadline for the submission of 2021 Personal Income Tax Returns
We want to inform our clients that on July 29th, a Decree (No.315/2022) was introduced in the Official Gazette extending the deadline for submitting the 2021 Personal Income Tax return (TD1) electronically, up to 31 August 2022. The same extension is made also for the payment of the final tax due.
Who submits personal income tax return for tax year 2021?
All employees, self-employed persons (with no Financial Statements), and pensioners whose gross total income for the tax year 2021 exceeds the amount of 19500€ must submit a personal income tax return for 2021.
