Tax Updates: Extension Of Annual Levy
The annual levy for 2022 has been extended. Previously, the June 30th deadline for paying the levy was extended to December 31st, 2022, without any penalties, according to the Registrar of Companies and the official receiver announcement.
So, after the update on July 5th, every Cyprus company must pay the Yearly Levy of €350 to the Registrar of Companies by December 31st, 2022. All companies, irrespective of whether they are active or not, must pay this fee.
Payment Methods
From July 12, 2022, all companies may pay the Annual Levy online via the JCCSMART platform https://www.jccsmart.com.
