The department of Cyprus companies Registrar and the official Receiver has announced the extension of the due date related to the fine on delayed company documents as per Cyprus Corporate Law. The date has been postponed from 18.12.2019 to 18.04.2020
Further to the announcement please notice that the day of 18.04.2020 is a public holiday and as a result, the date of the financial burden for the late submission will be moved to the date 21.04.2020.
The charges apply for the submission of the documents HE 32, HE2, HE4.
HE32 – Annual Return form submission
Every Company registered in Cyprus is required by the legislation, to prepare and submit to the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver the Annual Return (HE32 form) accompanied by the audited financial statements once a year.
HE4 – Form for directors and secretary changes.
HE2 – Form of the company’s registered address.
