The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announced on 12/11/2019 that charges would be applied for late documentation submission. The charges apply for documents HE 32, HE2, and HE4 only in case the due date of submission is after 18/12/2019.
If you submit HE32 with an issue date of 32/12/2017, according to the legislation, you must do it by, at the latest, 28/01/2018. In case the document is submitted any time later than 28/01/2018, then there will be a charge of €40
Suppose you submit HE32 with the issue date of 31/12/2019; according to the legislation, you must do it at the latest, 28/01/2020. In case the document is submitted on 29/01/2020, then you will be charged with €20 submission fee, a late submission fee of €20 and also a €50 fine plus €1 for each delayed day.
If you have to submit HE4 with an amendment date of 15/12/2018 and it is submitted on 20/12/2019, you will be charged €20.
If you have to submit HE4 with an amendment date of 15/12/2019 and is submitted on 30/12/2019, the document will be charged with €20 submission fee and an additional charge of €50 plus €1 for the one-day delay.
HE32 – Annual Return form submission
Every Company registered in Cyprus is required by the legislation to prepare and submit to the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver the Annual Return (HE32 form) accompanied by the audited financial statements once a year.
HE4 – Form for directors and secretary changes.
HE2 – Form of the company’s registered address.
