Leonidas Michaelides

Leonidas is a professional consultant with broad knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities, consulting technology-focused businesses and investors, particularly in fintech, gaming, and software development. He advises local and international clients on business setup, banking, tax, compliance, and related corporate matters.

Alongside his advisory role, Leonidas has significant experience in audit and taxation, having worked with companies across financial services, trading, construction, and other sectors. He has also advised entities regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

Leonidas holds a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University, UK. Before joining SPL Audit (Cyprus) Limited in 2011, he worked at KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is a member of ICAEW and a Certified Public Accountant and practising member of ICPAC.
