Elena Mouzouri is the Head of Operations at SPL Audit (Cyprus) Limited, bringing over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications within the financial and professional services sector. She specialises in brand strategy, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful business outcomes.

In her role, Elena oversees the firm’s Marketing, Communications, and Brand Strategy, driving initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. She also leads SPLlive, the firm’s employee wellbeing programme, promoting a culture of wellbeing, connection, growth, and impact. Prior to joining SPL, she served as Director of Clients & Markets at a Big Four firm, where she aligned local initiatives with global strategies, led cross-functional teams, and delivered high-profile marketing campaigns.

Passionate about purpose-driven leadership, Elena also drives the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, supporting projects that create a positive impact for employees, clients, and the wider community. She holds a BSc in Marketing, PR, Advertising, and Media from the University of Nicosia.
