Future Leaders Programme is a collaboration between SPL Audit (Cyprus) Ltd and CIM Cyprus Business School, designed to support high-potential students through scholarship opportunities and structured career pathways.
For students of the UWL BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance and LLB (Hons) Law programmes.
The Future Leaders Programme connects academic excellence with real professional opportunity.
It offers selected students the chance to receive financial support through scholarships, while also providing access to career pathways within SPL.

What’s Included
Scholarship opportunities
Selected students demonstrating strong academic performance may receive scholarship support of up to €5,000 for the third year of the programme, awarded by SPL.
This support is designed to help students focus on their studies while preparing for their future professional careers.
Career pathways with SPL
Successful candidates may be invited to join SPL following a recruitment process and, subject to selection, offered a two-year employment contract.
This creates a direct pathway from university to professional practice in audit, accounting, finance, and legal-related roles.

Applicants should demonstrate:
- Strong Academic performance
- Professional attitude and motivation
- Commitment and interest in a professional career.
- In their second year of studies or above
