SPL does not authorize its employees, representatives, affiliates, service providers, marketing partners, or other third parties to send unsolicited bulk or commercial electronic messages containing links to, or otherwise promoting, splcy.com.
Electronic communications sent on behalf of SPL must be for legitimate business purposes and sent in accordance with applicable requirements governing electronic communications.
Any unauthorized use of the SPL name, the splcy.com domain, or links to the SPL website in unsolicited messages is prohibited. Where such activity is identified, SPL will investigate and take appropriate action to prevent further misuse.
